Areas for the loading and unloading of horses may be surfaced <br /> with a softer dust-resistant surface approved by the Development Services <br /> Division. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) A minimum of six parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible <br /> space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> f. DUST CONTROL: A dust control plan shall be submitted which identifies measures to <br /> be implemented to control dust. <br /> g.
