No <br /> problems reported . <br /> Refer to Exhibit 2 for locations . <br /> GROUND WATER <br /> Thw owner ' s agricultural well was sounded on May 6, 1991 , <br /> with the depth to ground water recorded as 51 feet . Two <br /> other agricultural wells in the area had also been sounded <br /> recently with the results as follows: <br /> 1 . Edgar Mertz , et al <br /> 333 East Jahant Road <br /> Well sounded 1/14/91 . <br /> Depth to ground water = 49 ' ± <br /> 2. Brad Lange <br /> 1298 West Jahant Road <br /> Well sounded 1/14/91 . <br /> Depth to ground water = 37 . 5 ' + <br /> During our interview with Mr . Siemers, 707 East Jahant <br /> Road , he reported that the depth to ground water on his <br /> property was approximately 47 feet . <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> Study , Fall 1985, indicated a Depth to Ground Water of <br /> approximately 40 to 42 feet ( Exhibit 3 ) and a water <br /> gradient which fell about ten feet per mile in a <br /> northeasterly direction ( Exhibit 4 ) . This correlates with <br /> the field results. <br /> WATER <br /> Water samples were collected on May 21 , 1991 by a <br /> representative of F .G.L . Laboratories and tested for <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates . The results are <br /> included as Exhibits 5A and 5B. <br /> The results show Nitrate levels at 3mg/L and DBCP level as <br /> not detected at the concentration of the detection limit . <br />
