c. Prior to Final Map approval, the applicant shall provide a revised map demonstrating that the existing <br /> agricultural well on proposed Lot 10 meets the minimum distance from the property line or easement. <br /> In addition, the existing septic system on proposed Lot 12 shall be staked, and the septic tank shall <br /> be uncovered under a consultation permit with the Environmental Health Department to verify that it <br /> will meet the minimum distance to the proposed property line or easement. <br /> d. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings.
