PA-0400251 OF STACEY <br /> GRIFFITH (APN: 007-340-09) (ADDRESS: 9422 E JAHANT ROAD, <br /> ACAMPO) <br /> The project is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide 60-acres into twelve 5-acre <br /> parcels. The subdivision is referred to as Griffith Gate Ranchettes and is located on the <br /> south side of East Jahant Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of North Bruella Road, <br /> Acampo. The parcel has a General Plan designation of A/L (Limited Agriculture) and is <br /> zoned AL-5 (Limited Agriculture-5 acre minimum). <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400251 is tentatively scheduled to be heard by <br /> the Planning Commission on October 7, 2004. The Community Development <br /> Department has reviewed the Major Subdivision application and responses from other <br /> agencies and will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the project <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400251 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This tentative map approval will <br /> expire on , which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be complied with prior to approval of the Final Map.
