PA-0400251 OF STACEY GRIFFITH (APN: 007-340-09) (ADDRESS: 9422 E JAHANT ROAD, ACAMPO) The project is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide 60-acres into twelve 5-acre parcels. The subdivision is referred to as Griffith Gate Ranchettes and is located on the south side of East Jahant Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of North Bruella Road, Acampo. The parcel has a General Plan designation of A/L (Limited Agriculture) and is zoned AL-5 (Limited Agriculture-5 acre minimum). Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400251 is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on October 7, 2004. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Major Subdivision application and responses from other agencies and will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the following conditions: Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400251 was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This tentative map approval will expire on , which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor.
