a. TENTATIVE MAP: The final map shall substantially conform with the approved <br /> tentative map dated July 2, 2004. <br /> b. RIGHT TO FARM: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Code Section 6-900(b), the <br /> following note shall be placed on the Final Map: <br /> 1.) All persons purchasing lots within the boundaries of this approved map should <br /> be prepared to accept the inconveniences or discomforts associated with <br /> agricultural operations or activities, such as noise, odors, insects, dust or fumes. <br /> San Joaquin County has determined that such inconveniencies or discomforts <br /> shall not be considered to be a nuisance. <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to <br /> this map: <br /> 1.) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 200 feet, measured at the front <br /> yard setback line. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> 2.) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of five (5) gross acres. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-610.2) <br /> d. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department for approval by the Director.
