Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to Parcel/Final <br /> Map approval (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate <br /> loading study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B, The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel/Final Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Prior to Parccl/Final Map approval,the applicant shall provide a revised map demonstrating <br /> that the existing Agricultural Well on proposed Lot 10 meets the minimum distance from the <br /> property line or easement. In addition, the existing septic system on proposed Lot 412 shall <br /> be staked, and the septic tank uncovered under a consultation permit with the Environmental <br /> Health Department to verify it will meet the minimum distance to the proposed property line <br /> or easement. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
