While we are not opposed to the development in <br /> the area surrounding our farm(located on Bryant Road), we do however have some <br /> concerns in regard to converting agricultural land into residential lots. <br /> Our first concern is that the expectations of new comers to an agricultural area may be <br /> deceived by the odors and/or certain noises that are typical in an agricultural area. <br /> Secondly, our concern is that our rights to raise our ducks may be diminished and/or <br /> altered by the fact that new residences would be built in this area. <br /> Although we are not opposed the development plans in this area we do believe that our <br /> concerns are valid.
