Jahant Road and is located east of Bruella Road and <br /> west of Buck Road. The Tentative Parcel Map shows three proposed parcels and a remainder. <br /> The site is located in Sec 10, T4N R7E, being a part of Underwood Tract and zoned AL The TM <br /> shows the location map. The structures on the remainder are in poor condition. The property was <br /> acquired by the family in 1930. <br /> ` PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE USES OF ALL PARCELS <br /> l TThe Environmental Questionnaire returned by a family member states several uses since <br /> acquisition: Pasture for dairy cattle, orchard,vineyard and grain production <br /> The cleaning contractor met at the site, in 2005, stated at one time farm animals were raised, <br /> either pigs or sheep. Also at one time a dairy operation was the primary focus on the property. <br /> ., For the past several years the son of the former owner lived there, but did not farm. Parcel 1,2 & <br /> 3 will likely be sold and become residential. The 5 acre parcel size should support a SFR. <br /> �. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> /The EHD septic permit files were researched for repair problems and the following records, in the <br /> vicinity of the site were found: <br /> ADDRESS, E. JAHANT RD. YEAR REMARKS <br /> r <br /> 9849 1973 Complete system installed. <br /> 9943 1999 Add 40' LL and two pits. <br /> 10195 1991 Add 55' LL and one pit <br /> /The repair history does not appear to present a problem in the area of the site. The 5 acre parcels <br /> should support a second unit dwelling without any health hazard. <br /> GROUNDWATER INFORMATION <br /> The Map, Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater, Spring 1999 shows approximately 105'to static <br /> water.The flow is westerly. There are no known existing and/or potential groundwater <br /> contamination issues near the site. The Topo Map for the period 1968-1993 shows an <br /> approximaste elevation of 87'. An o the year 1998 and shows the existing <br /> residences an agriculture oerations. irrigation well w used for water source at the site. <br /> t 1. <br /> r. <br />
