Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required prior to approval of Improvement Plan (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Environmental Health Department would support the use of portable toilets with hand <br /> washing facilities for human waste disposal, as an interim measure until three full-time <br /> employees or more are on site. <br /> B. The applicant will need to make application to the Environmental Health Department for a <br /> Solid Waste Compost Site Permit and pay applicable fees. <br /> C. Environmental Health Department will require the applicant to provide a detailed plan <br /> addressing the following concerns related to this site: <br /> (1) Demonstrate adequate room is available for staging,receiving en waste <br /> (2) Demonstrate adequate room for processing all materials <br /> (3) Demonstrate adequate room for fire lane access <br /> (4) Address litter control measures <br /> (5) Detailed study addressing the agronomical rate that this material can be applied to the <br /> crop land <br /> Page 1 of 2 Fame <br />
