PA-03-14 (SA) <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> (6) Detailed plan shall address storm drainage to prevent run off from site and impacting <br /> neighbors and groundwater <br /> (7) The plan shall address a proposed amount of production and intended use <br /> D. Applicant shall contact the California Water Quality Control Board in regards to a Waste <br /> Discharge Permit and provide written approval prior to Environmental Health Department <br /> approval. <br /> E. Applicant needs to submit the detailed information on the offsite certified recycling facility to <br /> the Environmental Health Department with a copy of the contract or agreement with that <br /> facility. <br /> F. Due to the site's limited size and confined areas, provide the Environmental Health <br /> Department a plan that describes on-site traffic on and around the facility. <br /> G. Due to the confined nature of the site (vines) and its disproportionate size, the area used for <br /> composting should be enlarged and made wider to facilitate safe material handling and <br /> emergency equipment. <br />
