The project <br /> site is not under a Williamson Act contract. (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Juan Francisco&Elva Fonseca APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 2511 East Juliet Road, Stockton APN: 173-040-42 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 90 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110 <br /> feet. <br /> Juliet Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can <br /> support or deem complete the application for this project: <br /> 1. A traffic study shall be required to determine the impacts and mitigation of the proposed <br /> project. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Department of Public Works Transportation Engineering Division, prior of Department of <br /> Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study.
