The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a 25 foot wide right-of- <br /> way from the centerline of Juliet Road to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A fee based <br /> on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.)(Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 7.
