g. A maximum of one (1) freestanding sign and one (1) attached sign shall be permitted as <br /> a part of this approval. Details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title and shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> h. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width, <br /> shall be installed across the frontage of Kasson Road. The strip shall be continuous <br /> except where crossed by driveways and walkways. All areas not used for buildings, <br /> parking, driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> Landscape details shall be consistent with Development Title Chapter 9-1020, be included <br /> on the Improvement Plan, and be installed prior to initiation of the approved use. <br /> i. Security lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of Section 9-1015.5{g} <br /> of the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises.
