......... <br /> GEG.:.:PEMS E.......... <br /> - ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> REPORT <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contarnination <br /> 26206 Kasson Road <br /> Tracy California <br /> (APN No.: 239-230-03, & -04) <br /> GPE Project No. 597.1 <br /> February 12, 2009 <br /> l <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. performed a Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination study of the subject property (hereinafter called the "Property". <br /> The findings of the assessment are discussed below. <br /> Summary of Phase I ESA <br /> A summary of observations made during the assessment is outlined below: <br /> Property Description &Loca ion <br /> The Property consists ofontiguous agricultural parcels that, combined, <br /> have a total area of abou Cres. The Property occupies much of Section 34 <br /> of T2S, R6E, MDB&M as as small portions of two adjacent sections. It is <br /> situated on the east side of Kasson Road and is bounded by Kasson Road, the <br /> San Joaquin River, the Banta-Carbona Lift Canal, and MacChesney Road. <br /> Although the Property has a Tracy address, it is actually in a rural area about 6 <br /> miles southeast of Tracy. The Property is operated as part of"W Farms". The <br /> Property is served by a septic sewage system, and the lift canal provides <br /> irrigation water. Stormwater is drained internally. <br /> There is a small, recently constructed farm-building complex situated on a 1- <br /> acre gravel pad near the Kasson Road frontage of the Property. The building <br /> complex consists of a mobile home, a steel storage building, and a cargo <br /> container used for storage of small quantities of agricultural chemicals.
