Kasson Road, Manteca <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); Title 17, <br /> Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> e. The new private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
