Kasson Rd. , Manteca) <br /> (District 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Edward Machado APN: 241-380-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 30 feet NGVD. Also portions of the property are <br /> within Flood Zones B, and C (these two Zones are not located within <br /> the 100 year flood) . In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates <br /> flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219 , telephone (415) 923- <br /> 7186 . The re-evaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The <br /> official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps <br /> will be updated when the re-evaluation process is completed. <br /> Kasson Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> 1 <br />
