McMullin Reclamation District No. 2075 <br /> a . All existing borrow pits shall be filled to the same ele- <br /> vation as the adjacent ground by November 1, 1990 - <br /> b- The bank cut near River Mile 67. 5 shall be filled and the <br /> waterward face shall be rock revetted to prevent the river <br /> from cutting across the bend and creating a new channel . <br /> c_ The Reclamation Plan shall be modified to include the <br /> following elements : <br /> 1 . The borrow shall be excavated uniformly in strips <br /> starting at the upstream end and following the low <br /> water channel of the San Joaquin River. <br /> 2 . The lowest elevation of the borrow shall not be less <br /> than elevation 6 feet NGVD. , A continuous grade from <br /> the water ' s edge to high ground shall be maintained as <br /> shown in the application. <br /> d.. Bench marks with a surveyed elevation at NGV Datum shall <br /> be established and maintained at locations to be agreed <br /> upon by the Reclamation District to provide a method for <br /> verification of elevations and grade of the excavation . <br /> e. The excavation grade, as it progresses , shall be kepi uni- <br /> form and shall not be lower than the finished grade <br /> approved in this Use Permit . <br /> f. Annual soundings shall be made of the San Joaquin River <br /> low water channel in the vicinity of the borrow operation. <br /> If silting of the low water channel occurs to the extent <br /> that the flow of water to nearby irrigation pumps is <br /> affected, the applicant shall remove the excess material <br /> from the channel it the necessary permits can be obtained. <br /> g. In addition to the annual inspection required by the <br /> Planning Division, the applicant shall have a registered <br /> engineer prepare a report that describes the progress of <br /> the mining operation and shows the grades of the final <br /> elevation. Said report shall be submitted to the McMullin <br /> Reclamation District No. 2075. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Ordinance Requirements. <br /> QX-89-3 (ALEGRE) -3- RES #r90-301 <br />
