y Y <br /> 2. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME <br /> a. The nine acres to be revegetated will be identified within the area shown on:the Land Use map. <br /> b. A revegetatign plan shall be developed and submitted to the Department of Fish and Game for <br /> approval within 90 days. The plan shall include the planting schedule, species, densities, and <br /> maintenance: <br /> c. An easement,or deed restriction will be placed over the approximately nine acres of existing riparian <br /> vegetation. This easement or restriction will prevent future disturbance or removal of any vegetation. <br /> 3. MCMULLIN RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2075 <br /> r <br /> a. All existing borrow pits shall be filled to the same elevation as the adjacent ground by November 1, <br /> 1990. <br /> b. The bank cut;near River Mile 67.5 shall be filled, and the waterward face shall be rock revetted to <br /> prevent the river from cutting across the bend and creating a new channel. <br /> c. The Reclamation Plan shall be modified to include the following elements: <br /> (1) The borrow shall be excavated uniformly in strips starting at the upstream end and follow the low <br /> water channel of the San Joaquin River. <br /> (2) The lowest elevation of the borrow shall not be less than elevation 6 feet NGVD. A continuous <br /> grade from the water's edge to high ground shall be maintained as shown in the application. <br /> d. Bench mark9 with a surveyed elevation at NGV Datum shall be established and maintained at <br /> locations to be agreed upon by the Reclamation District to provide a method for verification of <br /> elevations and grade of the excavation. <br /> e. The excavation grade, as it progresses, shall be kept uniform and shall not be lower than the finished <br /> graded apprgved in this Use Permit: <br /> f. Annual soundings shall be made of the San Joaquin River low water channel in.the vicinity of the <br /> borrow operation. If silting of the low water channel occurs to the extent that the flow of water to t <br /> nearby irrigation pumps is affected, the applicant shall remove the excess material from the channel <br /> if the necessary permits can be obtained. <br /> g. In addition to-:the annual inspection required by the Planning Division, the applicant shall have a <br /> registered engineer prepare a report that describes the progress of the mining operation and shows <br /> the grades of:'the final elevation. Said report shall be submitted to the McMullin Reclamation District <br /> No. 2075. r <br /> '..3 <br /> , <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 953-7621) <br /> a. The first 100.,feet of the private road from the intersection of Kasson Road shall be surfaced with a <br /> minimum two'inch asphalt concrete. <br /> b.
