Site Approval. This Specifle Plart fulfills the She Approval requirement for <br /> neighborhood parks in Neighborhoods C, D,H,K,and L.as long as final and <br /> construction pians are in substantial conformance with this Specific Plan. <br /> 32. Public Art.
