Streets and <br /> walkways shall be flanked by shade trees. <br /> Trellises,arbors,fountains,special leaving or other such elements should be <br /> used to enhance the pedestrian environment and reinforce the common <br /> theme. <br /> 38. Walls. A masonry soundlprNacy wall shall be provided between parking <br /> areas and any abutting residential uses. <br /> 39. Lighting. Lighting fixtures shall match fixtures selected for the entire <br /> Neighborhood Center(see the IVHCSd Design Manual). Pedestrian scale <br /> fixtures,walk lighting, building entry lighting or other accent lighting shall be <br /> provided.
