Commun y access to 1-205 and I-580 will be directed to <br /> existing interchanges. <br /> Plan Description <br /> The uftimate improvements to the Mountain House ParkwayA-205 interchange required to <br /> serve the entire Mountan House community are expecled to be under construction or <br /> completed prior to the development of properties within SP II, As provided for In the <br /> Master Plan,the community will pay its"falr share"of other freeway improvements <br /> including mainline widening, HOV lanes, ramp metering,truck lanes and required studies- <br /> SPII Implementation Measures <br /> Z.
