Trigger <br /> points are tied to projected residential development or othar polnts of deuelopmerrl as <br /> approprisle and are intended to serve as a fleadble planning tool that will accommodate <br /> unpredicted changes in the future. Monitoring is tied to such faakars as current LOS, <br /> review of planned improvements,anti participation of Cal Trans. <br /> Plan Description <br /> The MHCSO Transportation Improvement Fee and the Sari Joaqulr�County Tra fic Impact <br /> MKJSg hien Fee have already Ident"rfied the major Improvements,costs and fair share <br /> obligatlons for 0 major transportation fad ities far SPI l_ As a supplement to these addpbod <br /> programs,the MHCSO has performed an addilion at traffic study as part of SPI I which <br /> confirms the adequacy c f these improvement programs and funding mechanisrns.
