The area includes portions of Great Valley Parkway, portions of Central Parkway and the <br /> Neighborhood I entry. (Supervisorial District 5) . <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DISCUSSION: An Initial Study will be prepared to determine if this project is within the <br /> scope of the Master EIR prepared the Mountain House Master Plan in 1994 (Mountain House Master Plan <br /> and Specific Plan I, September 1994, SCH #90020776). A notice of availability will be prepared when that <br /> Initial Study is completed. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than August 30, 2007. Comments or <br /> recommendations received after that date may not be used in staff's analysis and recommendation for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on <br /> this project.
