Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #1 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual water well on Parcel #1 under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells on Parcel #1 shall be tested <br /> for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
