The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $3 , 002 . 00 per single family dwelling unit <br /> in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) <br /> Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> C.
