State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for -that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. Also show <br /> 100% expansion area for the required sewage disposal system. <br /> A. <br /> A. All waste from this operation to be handled so as not to cause <br /> an odor or vector nuisance. Remove manure from premise every <br /> seven (7) days or provide a manure management plan that is <br /> accepted by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. The waste water sump from the commercial operation cannot be <br /> located on Parcel #2 . <br /> f. If either parcel is sold the two wells that are interconnected <br /> must be segregated physically. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. The new parcel lines shall be at least forty feet (401 ) from <br /> the existing barn (Section 9-3234 .d) . <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
