CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> WILLIAM LAMKIN <br /> MS-91-100 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A permit from the Central California Traction Company for the <br /> additional parcel at their railroad crossing shall be <br /> required. <br /> b. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> C. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $2 , 739 . 00 for each single family dwelling unit and $1, 897 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service <br /> Commercial" in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the final map or letter of approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br />
