CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL JOE HARDESTY SA-92-0041 Unless otherwise specified, al Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have ben secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: a. This approval is for the creation of fish ponds as described on site plans submitted July 2 , 1992 . This is not an approval for a grading excavation or a quarry excavation. b. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved Aquaculture License from the Department of Fish & Game to the Development Services Division prior to the start of any on-site grading. C. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved permit, or letter waiving the requirement, from the Water Quality Control Board prior to the start of any on-site grading. d. The applicant shall submit a copy of an approved application, or letter waiving the requirement, from the Division of Water Rights, State Water Resources Control Board, to appropriate water to storage. e. All on-site driving and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced with a minimum of six (6) inches of compacted gravel. f . A written notification of the work schedule, including hours and days of operation, shall be provided prior to the start of any on-site grading. g. This approval does not include any on-site slaughtering, cleaning, or other processing activities. h. The site shall not be open to the public for either retail sales or commercial fishing activities. i. There shall be no advertising signs erected as part of this approval.
