All security lighting shall <br /> be designed to confine direct rays to the site and away from <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> k. The toe of the slope of all the ponds shall be maintained a <br /> distance of 10 feet from the nearest property line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1045. 4) <br /> 1 . No soil shall be removed from the site. A note to that effect <br /> shall appear on the Improvement Plan, along with calculations <br /> regarding the amount of soil involved in the grading and <br /> excavation of the ponds. <br /> M. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan will be <br /> distributed to the involved County departments for approval. <br /> The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884 . 2) <br /> PIIBLIC WORKS <br /> a. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-3103) <br /> b. The boundary of the 100-Year Flood Zone and Dry Creek shall be <br /> delineated on the Improvement Plan. No stock piling of <br /> excavated material is allowed within the 100-Year Flood Zone. <br /> No excavation within Dry Creek is allowed until all applicable <br /> permits including San Joaquin Count Flood Control District <br /> have been obtained. (Planning Title Section 9-10324, 9-10325) <br /> PIIBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table without <br /> specific approval from the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, Porter-Cologne Water Quality <br /> Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 3 , Section 13240. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof. (California Water Code, Section 13376) <br /> C. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> d. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001) <br />
