Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report------APN: 053—15-04------earcel Nos. 1, 2, 3, & 4 <br /> Future Planned Property Use: The planned development is to allow the present <br /> property owner to continue to live at her present residence located on the created Parcel 3 <br /> and to sell the other three(3) newly created parcels. <br /> Site Description and Property Search: On April 30, 2002 a property search was made <br /> to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks,oil drums, kerosene, other <br /> petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles situate on any of the <br /> three parcels totaling one hundred twenty-eight(128)acres that could contribute to <br /> contamination. <br /> The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored <br /> photographs I took and these pictures are identified by numbers contained in Appendix 1 <br /> which is attached to and made an integral part of this report.
