The Site topography is hilly and uneven. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br /> limited agriculture,minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises."(www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us,2005). <br /> r/1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LOur office was provided with a preliminary map from Baumbach &Piazza, Inc. of Lodi showing the <br /> proposed parcel division;this map is included in Plate 1.
