This 1965 permit was for a new septic system with an 800-gallon tank and two 100- <br /> foot leach lines. The permit is included in the appendix of this report. <br /> L /3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on March 3,2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> LIn an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terreserver. We counted <br /> Lthe building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each <br /> cluster has one septic system.
