Phase I is the construction of a 24,000 square-foot <br /> storage building and covered parking structures with solar panels. Phase 2 is the construction of <br /> two additional 24,000 square-foot storage buildings and shall begin within 10 years; located on <br /> the north side of Kettleman Lane approximately 1,000 feet west of Curry Avenue, east of the <br /> City of Lodi. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Delta Packing Co. of Lodi, Inc. APPLICANT: Chatfield Construction <br /> ADDRESS: 6041 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi APN. 049-230-11 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Kettleman Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to fences, <br /> walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.) <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145-4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The most easterly driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standards Drawing No. R-17 including return radii to accommodate truck-turning <br /> movements prior to issuance of the building permit.
