PA-0800028 OF DHV, LLC (C/O <br /> BAUMBACH AND PIAZZA(APN: 011-120-02) (6686 WEST KILE ROAD, LODI) <br /> The applicant has submitted a Minor Subdivision pre-application to divide one 166.58 acre lot into <br /> four parcels with a minimum lot size of 40 acres. <br /> The General Plan designation is General Agriculture (A/G). The zoning is General Agriculture <br /> (AG-40). <br /> The project is located on the south side of Kile Road one-half mile east of Interstate 5, south of <br /> Thornton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Minor Subdivision pre-application <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> TREE PRESERVATION <br /> There are unidentified trees along the perimeter of the project area. If a full application is <br /> filed, indicate the location of any oak trees. Trees that qualify as Heritage Oaks, Historical <br /> Trees, or Native Oaks should be identified as such. The Development Title defines each <br /> as follows: <br /> Heritage Oak Tree. "Heritage oak tree" means a native oak tree that has a single <br /> trunk diameter of thirty-two (32) inches or greater measured at four and one-half (4 <br /> '/2) feet above the average ground elevation of the tree. <br /> Historical Tree. "Historical tree" means any tree or group of trees given special <br /> recognition because of the size, age, location, or history. Designation of historical <br /> trees shall be made by the Planning Commission following a Public Hearing. <br /> Native Oak Tree. "Native oak tree' means a valley oak (Quercus lobata) with a <br /> trunk diameter of six (6) inches to less than thirty-two (32) inches for a single trunk <br /> tree, or a combined trunk diameter of eight (8) inches or greater for a multi-trunk <br /> tree, measured four and one-half (4'/2) feet above the average ground elevation of <br /> the tree; or an interior live oak (Quercus wislizenii), California live oak (Quercus <br /> agrifolia), or blue oak (Quercus douglasii) with a trunk diameter of four (4) inches to <br /> I <br />
