less than thirty-two (32) inches for a single trunk tree, or a combined trunk diameter <br /> of six (6) inches or greater for a multi-trunk tree, measured four and one-half (41/2) <br /> feet above the average ground elevation of the tree. <br /> The applicant should indicate which trees will stay and which trees, if any, will be removed. <br /> Removal of any oak trees must be consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree <br /> Preservation Ordinance (Development Title Section 9-1505.2). <br /> ACCESS <br /> A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to parcels 3 and 4 must be shown on <br /> the Tentative Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> If a full application is submitted and approved, the following note will need to be placed on <br /> the Parcel Map and also must be recorded as a separate instrument. <br /> At the time of non-agricultural development of parcel 3 or 4, the entire length of <br /> the private right-of-way for the parcel shall be constructed and maintained to the <br /> standards required by Section 10.207 of the Uniform Fire Code and applicable <br /> San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1150.1 5[c]) <br /> ROAD NAMES <br /> All roads that serve three or more parcels must have names. Army Corps of Engineers.
