less than thirty-two (32) inches for a single trunk tree, or a combined trunk diameter of six (6) inches or greater for a multi-trunk tree, measured four and one-half (41/2) feet above the average ground elevation of the tree. The applicant should indicate which trees will stay and which trees, if any, will be removed. Removal of any oak trees must be consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance (Development Title Section 9-1505.2). ACCESS A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to parcels 3 and 4 must be shown on the Tentative Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) If a full application is submitted and approved, the following note will need to be placed on the Parcel Map and also must be recorded as a separate instrument.
