The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development.
