Active listed sites listed on the NPL database within a one-mile search distance from the subject property are of potential environmental concern to the subject property. The NPL list did not include any sites within a one-mile search radius of the subject property. CERCLIS/CERCLIS-NFRAP Databases: The CERCLIS database identifies sites the EPA has investigated or is currently investigating for a release or threatened release of hazardous substances. The CERCLIS-NFRAP database identifies sites designated"No Further Remedial Action Planned" and removed from CERCLIS since February 1995. The EPA removed these sites as part of the ` EPA's Brownfields Redevelopment Program to lift the unintended barrier to redevelopment of such sites because of needlessly repeating investigations. ` The CERCLIS and/or CERCLIS-NFRAP lists did not include any sites within a''/2-mile search radius of the subject property. CORRACTS Database: The CORRACTS database is an EPA listing of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities undergoing corrective action for a release of hazardous substances from a RCRA facility. The CORRACTS list did not include any sites within a one-mile search radius of the subject property. RCRA Database (informational: The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Information (RCRA) database is a listing of information on sites that generate, store, treat or dispose of hazardous materials(TSD),facilities that generate more than 1,000 kg of hazardous waste per month (Large Quantity Generator,LQG)and facilities that generate between 100 and 1,000 kg ofhazardous waste per month (Small Quantity Generator, SQG) . The RCRA-TSD and LQG lists did not include any sites within a'/2-mile search radius of the subject property. The RCRA-SQG list included two sites within a'/4-mile search radius of the subject property. Both ` sites were over 600 feet from the subject property and no violations were listed. Based on the status and distance from the subject property,AGE found no indication from the EDR report that these sites are of environmental concern to the subject property.
