The
SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites,
leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land
disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on February 18, 2015 for any listed sites
within one-quarter mile of the Site.
Subject Site
The subject Site was listed on both the GeoTracker and Envirostor
databases. Envirostor lists the case as a referral to the Regional Water Quality
Control Board (GeoTracker). GeoTracker lists two cases for the subject Site, a
land disposal case with a status of "open" as of 1965, and a cleanup program
case with a status of "completed." As discussed in Section 5.2, Amy Terrell of
the Regional Water Quality Control Board stated that the Trinkle & Boys case is
LOGE 1506 7
