Based on <br /> the distance from the Site, this facility is not anticipated to have impacted <br /> the Site. <br /> • Durham Ferry Orchard, 2050 W. Durham Ferry, approximately 500 feet <br /> southwest of the Site, Aboveground Storage Tanks database. Based on <br /> the distance from the Site, this facility is not anticipated to have impacted <br /> the Site. <br /> • Thomsen Farms Inc., 2365 W. Durham Ferry, approximately 200 feet west <br /> of the Site across Highway 33, Aboveground Storage Tanks database. <br /> Based on the distance and location across Highway 33 from the Site, this <br /> facility is not anticipated to have impacted the Site. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer for facilities adjacent <br /> to the subject Site with hazardous materials inventories. The only such facility <br /> identified was adjacent to the Site across Highway 33; no information was <br /> provided. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells that had <br /> been tested were identified within approximately one-quarter mile of the Site. <br /> Two of the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was not detected in either well. All <br /> three wells had been tested for nitrate. Nitrate was detected in two wells at <br /> concentrations of 28.0 and 29.4 mg/L; it was not detected in the third well. The <br /> Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 <br /> ppm. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of United Genetic Seeds. According to the records, <br /> the Site was used to grow tomatoes in 2014. No records for other years were <br /> identified. A variety of agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site in 2014, as <br /> summarized on the attached tables in Appendix 7. No violations were identified <br /> for the project Site. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on March 11, 2015 for mapped oil <br /> or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site.
