Durham Ferry, approximately 500 feet southwest of the Site, Aboveground Storage Tanks database. Based on the distance from the Site, this facility is not anticipated to have impacted the Site. • Thomsen Farms Inc., 2365 W. Durham Ferry, approximately 200 feet west of the Site across Highway 33, Aboveground Storage Tanks database. Based on the distance and location across Highway 33 from the Site, this facility is not anticipated to have impacted the Site. Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer for facilities adjacent to the subject Site with hazardous materials inventories. The only such facility identified was adjacent to the Site across Highway 33; no information was provided. Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells that had been tested were identified within approximately one-quarter mile of the Site. Two of the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was not detected in either well. All three wells had been tested for nitrate. Nitrate was detected in two wells at concentrations of 28.0 and 29.4 mg/L; it was not detected in the third well. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were identified under the name of United Genetic Seeds. According to the records, the Site was used to grow tomatoes in 2014. No records for other years were identified. A variety of agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site in 2014, as summarized on the attached tables in Appendix 7. No violations were identified for the project Site. 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on March 11, 2015 for mapped oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site.
