Hwy 33 <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> Dear Mr. Boys: <br /> On July 5, 1994, 1 conducted a Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) inspection at <br /> your facility at 31244 S. Hwy 33. The following are the findings of that inspection: <br /> 1 . Section 1 was updated with the residence phone number of Eric Trinkle. <br /> 2. Section 2.1 was updated with the names of both Eric Trinkle and Dwayne Boys. <br /> 3. Section 2 Nearest Intersection was indicated as Durham Ferry Road and Hwy 33. <br /> 4. Section 4.3 was updated with procedures for solids and powders. <br /> 5. The facility diagram was updated: <br /> a. Rinse tank location updated north of chemical storage. <br /> b. Empty pesticide container storage was located on the north side of the property in <br /> a caged area. <br /> C. Material storage area contained drums of unknown material, a pallet of paint in <br /> one gallon cans, and 15 gallon cans of abrasive surface coating. These items were <br /> not listed on the inventory nor indicated on the facility diagram. <br /> 6. It is recommended that a list of pesticides that will be on the premises during the season <br /> be submitted to this office at the beginning of each season. Should these materials be <br /> stored for more than 48 hours, a full inventory must be completed and submitted to this <br /> office. <br /> 7. Pallets of dusting sulfur stored outside of chemical storage area. Approximately four <br /> bags were broken and exposed to the elements. <br /> 8. Flammable and No Smoking signs are required to be posted on the aviation fuel tank, <br /> protective stanchions placed around pump and tank, and shut-off valving must be <br />
