Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Six nearby wells were identified at addresses located within approximately one mile of the Site. Four of the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was not detected in any of the four. Nitrate as NO3 was detected in all six wells at concentrations of 27.0 to 42.2 parts per million (ppm). The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. 7.3 Office of Emergency Services batabases The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on November 29, 2011. No records were found for the Site address. Live Oak contacted the OES regarding any records that agency may have of hazardous materials incidents on & adjacent to the Site. Michelle Halliwell of OES searched the OES records and did not locate any incidents within the search area (Personal Communication, CQecembef12, 2011). 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural-ommissioner's Office was contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site under the name of Navarra Ranch. According to these records, the Site was used to grow almonds from 2007 through 2011.
