The SWRCB's GeoTracker database
includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, leaking underground storage tank
(LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. The database can be
searched by reviewing two lists, the Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites
list and the Cleanup Sites list. DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund
sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective
action sites, and permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on November 30, 2011 for any listed sites within
one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, and no
listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site.
7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases
Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated July
21, 2011 , for surrounding facilities of concern. No listed facilities were identified within
one-quarter mile of the Site.
LOGE 1133 Page 4
