January 7,2004 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE03-354 <br /> 3.1.5 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in an effort to determine <br /> whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural purposes, and whether <br /> agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. <br /> According to Ms. Hazel Gallego of the Commissioner's office,restricted materials permits were found <br /> for the subject property under the names of John Thoming and Robert Williams.
