These records have <br /> been included in Appendix G. <br /> Mr. Jim Thoming was interviewed by telephone on January 1, 2004 st 10:00 a.m. Mr. Thoming <br /> indicated that all underground storage tanks were removed under the agricultural exemption. He <br /> r. stated that the location of the former tanks was just north of the existing above-ground tanks. <br /> The Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database, dated January 28, 2003, and the Other Agency <br /> �. Lead list, dated February 15, 2001, were reviewed at the EHD on September 24, 2003. No <br /> properties within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on either list. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services(OES)web site was searched on December <br /> 5, 2004 in an attempt to determine if there are any hazardous materials management plans on file with <br /> that agency for the subject property. Two HMMPs were found for Ed Thoming& Sons at 33600 <br /> Koster Road;no chemical inventory information was available. No HMMPs were found for the other <br /> addresses of the subject property, 34211 South Highway 33 and 33510, 33444, and 33446 Koster <br /> Road. <br /> According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES,no incident reports are on file at that agency for the <br /> subject property or properties within one-quarter mile (personal communication, November 18, <br /> _ 2003). <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> r subject property was conducted on September 24, 2003. No notices within one-quarter mile of the <br /> subject property were found within the 95304 zip code. <br /> 3.1.4 Fire Prevention <br /> Tracy Fire Prevention was contacted by telephone in an attempt to determine if there were any files <br /> present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, releases or spills, underground <br /> storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground storage tanks on the subject <br /> property or in the vicinity of the subject property. According to Rachel(last name withheld), Tracy <br /> Fire Prevention does not maintain information on county addresses (personal communication, <br /> December 31, 2003). <br /> San Joaquin County Fire Prevention was contacted by telephone. According to Mr. Steve Dalton, <br /> Fire Marshall, all such records are maintained by the OES (personal communication, January 5, <br /> 2004). <br /> 8 <br />
