Groundwater extraction usage and its impact to existing domestic and agricultural wells and <br /> the Delta Mendota Canal. <br /> 2. Potential groundwater replenishment as a function of the operation. <br /> 3. Neighboring property wells, impacts of project to existing water lever, water quality, water <br /> quantity, and flow patterns. <br /> 4. The proposed extraction to take place into the existing groundwater table requiring permit <br /> approval from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. No excavations are permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (California Water Code, <br /> Chapter 4,Article 3, Section 13240). <br /> B. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse or in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof(California Water Code, Section 13376). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
