State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> H. A groundwater-monitoring plan shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review and approval. The plan shall address overdraft,perched water flow patterns, and <br /> groundwater quality. Environmental Health Department will charge for review and <br /> permitting as deemed necessary. <br />
