Neither of the proposed haul routes requires project traffic <br /> on Welty Road. In the future without the project, the northbound approach to the intersection is <br /> expected to experience a level of service F. The poor level of service is primarily the result of <br /> the difficulty that would be experienced by northbound vehicles attempting to turn left. The — <br /> future traffic volumes on Welty Road are expected to be minimal and it is not anticipated that <br /> traffic signal warrants will be met. <br /> Intersection of McCracken Road and SR 132 <br /> The intersection is expected to operate at acceptable levels of service with the project for both — <br /> haul routes. The project is <br /> expected to contribute its fair share to future pavement upgrades. <br /> SR 132 between Interstate 580 and McCracken Road <br /> Where SR 132 is a four-lane divided highway, the road segment operates at acceptable levels of <br /> service. With construction of the project, similar levels of service are expected to result. Even <br /> without the proposed project, SR 132 should be widened to include four lanes in each direction <br /> in the near future within the study area.
