The intersections listed above are identified in Figure 4, Intersection and Segment Location Map. <br /> The study time periods included the weekday AM peak hour, which typically occurs between <br /> 7:00 and 9:00 AM. The peak-hour scenarios were to be analyzed for the following conditions: <br /> 1. Existing Conditions <br /> 2. Existing With Seasonal Adjustments <br /> ` 3. Cumulative Without Project (Existing Conditions plus Approved Projects) <br /> 4. Cumulative With Project—Haul Route 1 <br /> 5. Cumulative With Project—Haul Route 2 <br /> ` 6. Future Conditions Without Project(Year 2025) <br /> 7. Future Conditions With Project—Haul Route 1 <br /> 8. Future Conditions With Project—Haul Route 2 <br /> The PM peak hour, which typically occurs between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, was not analyzed because <br /> ` the project traffic is expected to decrease significantly between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 PM. <br /> 5.0—EXISTING LANE CONFIGURATIONS <br /> The existing lane configurations at each of the study intersections are shown in Figures 5 and 6. <br /> This report assumes that existing lane configurations will be maintained through the year 2025 <br /> 6. unless specific impacts requiring mitigations are identified. <br /> L <br />
