This section should be considered as a basic guideline. <br /> It is not intended that this section be utilized independently of the previously-prepared financing <br /> documents for improvements in the region. The equitable share calculations are not considered <br /> ` to be appropriate for use in determining equitable contributions for structural section upgrades on <br /> Bird and Koster Roads.
