The conclusion of this traffic impact study is that the existing
road network is adequate or can be mitigated to accommodate the proposed development for
opening year and future conditions. No specific impacts were identified as being caused by the —
project. The conclusions and recommendations for each study intersection and road segment are
presented below.
Intersection of Bird Road and Blewett Road
The intersection of Bird Road and Blewett Road is currently operating at acceptable levels of _
service and is expected to continue to operate at acceptable levels of service through the year
2025 with construction of the project.
Intersection of Koster Road and Blewett Road
The intersection of Bird Road and Blewett Road is currently operating at acceptable levels of
service and is expected to continue to operate at acceptable levels of service through the year —
2025 with construction of the project. The intersection should be widened by expanding the
existing pavement area to accommodate the proposed truck turning movements prior to operation
of the project. —
Intersection of Welty Road and Blewett Road _
Project traffic is not expected at the intersection of Welty Road and Blewett Road. The
intersection is currently operating at acceptable levels of service and is expected to continue to
operate at acceptable levels of service through the year 2025 with construction of the project. _
